The Site Coordinator is responsible for managing the Vote Center. On Election Day, the Site Coordinator should make sure to modem Election results once all the voters have voted and the Vote Center has closed at the end of the night. The Site Coordinator monitors Election Workers throughout the day to make sure they are following the Board’s procedures and report vote count on the DS200. Site Coordinators must also inform Poll Watchers, Election Observers, and Members of the Media of the rules of the Vote Center and make sure Electioneering is not happening inside the Vote Center and within 50 feet of the Electioneering sign outside the Vote Center. Thank you for your service as a Site Coordinator, now let’s get started!
