Training Courses

For online Election Worker training, you must complete ALL of the available assigned training lessons for your dedicated position (for example, Site Coordinator). This will include watching the content in its entirety and passing a knowledge check at the completion of your course. You must complete each lesson in the order they are listed before proceeding to the next one (for example, Lesson 1, then Lesson 2, etc.). Quick Start Overview

After locating your Election Day position, click “START” to begin your path to Election Worker training. After completing all lessons in a course, the progress bar for that course will display “100% COMPLETE," and will be given access to your course completion certificate.

Completing Certification

You will have two (2) opportunities to take the "Course Knowledge Check." If you have questions regarding the knowledge check after two (2) attempts, you may contact the course certification manager to review and establish next steps at [email protected]. All Election Workers are required to attend a mandatory four (4) hour in-person training class at DCBOE headquarters. Good luck!
